I mean it. That's what our Bollywood is. Every damn movie, barring a few, is poorly constructed with loads of errors. What the hell are we doing? I watched Alien and Aliens. 1979 and 1986. Years before I was born, Hollywood people made them. And how! If you haven't already watched them, go and watch them. You'll feel the same way I'm feeling at the moment. So long ago! Even the aliens are shit scary! And we can't even come up with a single scary looking alien (Jaadu was almost cute. Yes. It was supposed to be cute. But then, watched E.T.?). Why?
There definitely are a lot of talented people out there. Why then are they not trying? Love Story 2050 was crap. And so was Rudraksh and Jaani Dushman. Krish? Koi mil gaya?
We need good sci-fi directors. We so do.

I havent seen ALIEN(s) but i found even the 1977 STAR WARS mindblowing and cool.... way too cool for the bullshit BOLLYWOOD dishes out to the masses in the name of SCI-FI . And seriosly , Jaani Dushman , Rudraksh !!! OMG...these movies !!

You know I really believe its not really a question of whether we have the required skill or not.Our filmmakers first need to drop the assumption that the audience is as dumb as them.Cuz we saw some action crew from "The Matrix" aid us for "Awara Paagal Deewana" and we saw normal human beings jump across buildings!!Hollywood handled the same sequence but supported with a storyline which makes it possible.
And as for Jaani Dushman,Rudraksh etc,i think they could be used as an evidence for "The Devolution Theory", only that it has begun in Bollywood!!

We collectively suck as a film industry. I mean apart from John Abraham's oops-one-deep-breath-and-my-jockeys-will-fall-off-my-godly-abs, there is nothing reedeming about it.
Sci-fi is light years beyond anyone in bollywood, love story 2050 being a painful testament to that.
May they all drown in Jaadu's electic blue pee. Amen.
